Before moving to Canada, Tom spent years buying, renovating, and managing his own properties. Like many property owners, he’s experienced both sides of the industry — including the frustration of unreliable tradespeople, poor communication, and work that didn’t live up to expectations.
Those experiences shaped the foundations of Highland Property Maintenance.
