Guest-Ready Check
A between-guest inspection visit timed between checkout and next check-in. Tom attends, completes micro-fixes on the spot (bulb replacements, tightening loose fixings, adjusting sticking latches etc.), and sends a written checklist report with photos the same day.
Anything beyond a micro-fix is documented and a fixed-price quote sent within 24 hours.
